In collaboration with Jessica Grewal, we designed a workplace for Adobe inspired by the company’s values of creativity, wellness, and inclusion. Our concept, titled Dream, envisioned the office as a living, adaptable environment that supports both employee and guest well-being. Through thoughtful circulation planning, inclusive zoning, and intentional lighting, we created a space that balances productivity with comfort.
The design incorporates a variety of work settings, including shared collaboration zones, quiet focus areas, private chat rooms, and wellness spaces such as sitting areas and a yoga studio. Furniture and finishes were selected for flexibility, tactile comfort, and acoustic performance, featuring organic textures, calming tones, and biophilic elements to strengthen the connection to nature.
Lighting was approached as both a functional and atmospheric tool, with fixtures chosen to highlight key spaces and enhance the dreamlike quality of the interior. From the accessible reception area to the relaxed Snack Bar and acoustically considered workstations, every element was designed to reduce cognitive overload, support neurodiverse needs, and foster creativity. The result is a workspace where people feel supported, inspired, and able to work in ways that best suit their individual needs.
